To assist you in making your decision and to help you along I thought I would share a couple of trade secrets with you just to make sure that you are really getting what you expect from your Adventure.

• There is always a big to do about sharing rooms, who shares with who, plan this well in advance.

• Identify your VIP's and be sure you know well in advance if there are any special requests and notify the Hotel.

•  Room drops & gifts can be done, there is no additional costs, once again notify the Hotel well in advance of the day & the time & too who the room drop must be made.

• Rooming lists and final numbers must be communicated to the hotel at least 7 days before arrival.

• Remember, only on receipt of your deposit will the Hotel secure the dates and the number of rooms.

• You will probably be able to negotiate a further reduction on your room costs if you pay the Hotel well in advance.

• And lastly, the Hotel will gladly arrange, a braai evening, or a karaoke evening instead of the standard buffet dinner as long as it is kept within the allocated budget.
